The location is central to many attractions (the outlet, dock yards, restaurants). The staff were happy to move us to another room and apologized when we noticed dry paint shavings in our initial room. Breakfast included the option to take away food in brown bags or paper boxes, convenient.
The air conditioning was not working but a portable fan was provided.

The check-in process was seamless, and the team members were so friendly. my room offered everything i needed and was wonderfully clean. the breakfast selection included a good variety, and everything tasted so fresh. It really set a positive tone for my days.
the room was a bit compact, so navigating with luggage required some extra care.

the air conditioning was broken throughout my stay. i asked about it at reception, but no solution was offered. the room felt stuffy, especially at night i found the bed uncomfortable the springs poked through the mattress i tossed and turned all night

the hotel was located near lovely shops. some great bars and restaurants were nearby along the water front, and i got a discount there because i was staying at the hotel.
the bed was small for two people. the room was large, so i am not sure why they did not have a bigger bed.
